Disable OpenDNS fallback

According to http://forum.linuxmint.com/viewtopic.php?t=128529 , having OpenDNS as fallback (default setting) is a privacy concern or even a security risk. To disable:

sudo rm /etc/resolvconf/resolv.conf.d/tail
