Open source fonts

In shared on Feb 10, 2013 by theoryl Tagged: ,

Found a page with an excellent list of free, open source font resources: http://delubrum.org/. Certain fonts are also available in Ubuntu/Linux Mint repository: ttf-inconsolata, ttf-linux-libertine, just to name a few. There are also good ones at Google Web Fonts, such as Open Sans, PT Sans, Arvo, etc. I’m actually pleased with Open Sans, designed by Steve Matteson who also designed Droid fonts, Liberation fonts, among others.

p/s: I found a page with some of the best programming fonts (not necessarily open source): http://www.slant.co/topics/67/~what-are-the-best-programming-fonts
